The run is divided into 5 heats. You will be put in a heat based on your target time. Below you can fin an indication of the HEAT set-up. Please note that this classification may still change due to capacity of each heat.
HEAT 1: 42:00-….
HEAT 2: 38:00-42:00
HEAT 3: 35:00-38:00
HEAT 4: 31:30- 35:00
HEAT 5: Sub 31:30 -
In each heat we have pacers.
The pacers' speeds will be shared later.
